Everything is done for you. However the minute you need to cancel your trip, you are left high and dry. I had insurance on my trip which should have taken about a month to get my money back. Well 6 weeks later I'm still waiting. The insurance company sends everything to the person who book and if you don't call, no one says a thing. I've been waiting since June 23, 2017 for my refund. Liberty does NOTHING to get you your money back. Ship sailed and returned and I still don't have my money. They void out information to make money. Total scam artist
